It has been a busy year for us with the office move and staff changes. We are planning to run a training event for clients later in the autumn and expect it to be well attended. The feedback from our event last year was very positive so we are looking forward to repeating the event in a similar format. One of the topics we are considering will be aimed at CEO's/treasurers and it will cover how they manage the finance function. This can be difficult for CEOs where the accounting records are computerised and they are not familiar with the software. We will consider the reports to be reviewed and the timing of those reports together with what to look for to ensure that the accounting records are up to date and accurate.
